There is no charge for you to attend safeXmas. Donations cover the costs for you to have an affirming, fun, safe holiday, including lodging, food, and gifts.

This is a gender affirming space. If you cannot respect pronouns, gender identities, and other lived experiences, this is not the place for you.

If you’d like to join us, please fill out the form below. Even if you don’t plan to spend the night, we’d like to have a head count so we can plan for food and gifts.

NOTE: LGBTQ+ folks under the age of 18 are welcome to attend group activities and meals in the common areas, but must be accompanied by a parent or other responsible adult.

SafeXmas is—first and foremost—a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community.

Being a safe space means sexual orientation, pronouns, race, gender identities, abilities, and boundaries are respected and there are guidelines in place to ensure the safety and peace of everyone in attendance.

In order to maintain the safety and respect for all who attend, many of whom are in recovery, we do not allow alcohol or illicit drugs (do not ask or assume you are an exception).

If you are found to be in possession of or consuming either, you will be asked to leave and will not be allowed to return.

If you furnish any drugs or alcohol to a minor, we will call the police.

We also ask that sexually-charged discussions and sexual activities happen only with full and enthusiastic consent of all parties and must occur in private spaces out of respect for everyone.

Do not take photos or recordings of anyone or post them on social media without their consent.
